Guarantee

We don’t forget our patients when they leave our dentistry. Depending on the treatment we provide a 1 to 10 year guarantee. You can see below how many years of guarantee we provide for each procedure and under which circumstences.

*In case the patient loses the implant to no fault of their (see: below) during the guaranteed time, the implant will be replaced at no charge or if that’s not possible we will provide a 30% discount for the price of the alternative denture.

We can only provide the guarantee if the patient complies, which means appearing at the control appointments coordinated with doctors and establishing/maintaining the desirable conditions of oral hygiene. For this, it’s necessary that you:

• attend to your teeth appropriately and constantly comply with oral hygienic regulations described by your doctor,
• appear at check-ups at our doctor’s office at times determined by your doctor (at 6 month intervals or annually),
• get treatments that your doctor suggests for preserving the condition of your teeth in 30 days at the latest (e.g.: plaque removal, denture relining),
• keep your dentures clean by the prescribed method,
• use your denture in the way it was intended.

In cases when:

• the procedure differs by the patient’s request from the treatment suggested by the doctor,
• the patient fails to appear at the half-year check-up appointment,
• the patient is a heavy smoker,
• the patient develops a chronic illness which has a negative effect on their teeth or the condition of the denture (e.g.: diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, cancer, conditions after radiation or chemo therapy)
• the patient develops allergies, tooth diseases and their consequences previously unknown after the treatment,
• the denture or implants are strained at an extreme level (teeth-grinding at night, teeth-gripping) and as a result they are damaged,
• the denture is not used as intended and therefore is damaged (e.g.: dropping the denture, sports injury),
• the denture is damaged in an accident,
• the patient doesn’t get the bite splint made or doesn’t wear it as the doctor suggested– which results in the damage of the porcelain because of the over-grip of the denture.
